15 days to change your mind

The law provides a 14-day right of withdrawal. At SQUISHDO, you have 15 days from delivery to change your mind, without giving any reason. This applies to all our products, including the mystery box.

To use it, send us a clear statement (for example by email to squishdo@outlook.fr) with your order number. You can also use the model withdrawal form below. Products must be sent back to us within 14 days of your statement. Return shipping costs are borne by you, unless the product is defective or not as described.

We refund all amounts paid, including the original shipping costs where applicable, within 14 days of being informed of your decision, using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products. You may be liable for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the products.

Extended 30-day returns option

With the paid Extended returns option offered in the cart, you have 30 days instead of 15 from delivery to send your items back, under the same conditions.

Legal guarantees

All our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for two years from delivery and by the guarantee against hidden defects. These guarantees apply regardless of any commercial guarantee, including the Lifetime warranty option.

How to return an item

1. Write to us at squishdo@outlook.fr with your order number and the items concerned.
2. We send you the return address by email.
3. Once received and checked, we process your refund.
