When will I receive my calendar?
Your order is processed within 24–48 h, then transit takes 6 to 15 business days depending on the country. To receive it before December 1st, order by November 20th.
What if I order after November 20th?
You can still order, but delivery before December 1st is no longer guaranteed. Nothing is lost: simply open the missed doors when it arrives to catch up.
What discounts can I get?
Discounts are applied automatically in the cart: -10% from 2 calendars, -15% from 3, or -10% on your whole order from 40 € and -15% from 75 €.
Can I choose the designs?
No: the surprise is part of the fun. Designs in the calendar and in the mystery box cannot be chosen. The calendar contains 24 individually wrapped squishies: 12 small dumplings, 1 big dumpling, 4 glitter balls, 4 cubes, 2 cheeses and 1 duck.
How does the mystery box work?
Its contents are random: 1 squishy picked at random from a selection. Not guaranteed: the specific design and colour. Like any purchase, you have 15 days to change your mind.
What age is it for?
Recommended from age 3. Not suitable for children under 3 (small parts). Use under adult supervision.
Is shipping free?
Yes, across Europe with no minimum order. Outside Europe, shipping costs €5. Outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may be charged on delivery depending on your country's rules.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have 15 days from delivery to change your mind (the legal minimum is 14 days). The Extended returns option, offered in the cart, extends it to 30 days. Write to us to start a return.
How do I care for the squishies?
Wipe them with a slightly damp cloth, do not immerse. Keep away from direct sunlight, heat and pets.
