Free shipping across Europe

SQUISHDO ships to every country. Shipping is free across Europe, with no minimum purchase (European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco and Andorra). Outside Europe, shipping costs €5 (or the equivalent in your currency).

Delivery times

• Processing: 24 to 48 business hours after payment is confirmed.
• Transit: 6 to 15 business days depending on the destination country.

These times are estimates and may be longer during the holiday season or in case of carrier issues.

Advent calendar: order deadline

To receive your calendar before December 1st, we recommend ordering by November 20th at the latest. After that date you can still order, but delivery before December 1st is no longer guaranteed: simply open the missed doors when it arrives.

Tracking

An email with your tracking number is sent as soon as your order ships. You can follow your parcel from the “Order tracking” page.

Customs duties

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may be charged by the destination country's authorities. They are payable by the recipient.

Lost or damaged parcel

Contact us at squishdo@outlook.fr with your order number: we will find a solution (reshipment or refund) in line with your rights. The paid “Shipping protection” option guarantees a reshipment or refund with no further proof required.

Delivery address

Please check your address before placing your order. If the parcel is returned to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address, we will contact you to reship it.
